We've already built the team, the systems, and the quality control. You send footage, we send back videos that look and feel like you. No hiring headaches, no training montages.
For Editorial (single video) projects, expect a first draft within 5–7 business days depending on footage length and complexity. Partnership clients get a recurring workflow with a predictable weekly rhythm; we'll map that out together during onboarding. Revisions are typically turned around within 24–72h hours.
Once you're in, we set up a shared workspace where you can upload footage, drop briefs, and review edits. You'll get a dedicated editor who learns your style, your pacing, and your audience. Think of it less like outsourcing and more like having an editing department that already knows what you want.
We revise until you are. Every project includes revision rounds, and your editor learns your preferences over time so the feedback loop gets shorter the longer we work together. If something is fundamentally off-brief, we'll redo it.
We don't write your scripts. Your voice is your superpower and we want to keep it that way. For Creative Partnership clients, we'll review your scripts and suggest tweaks to make them land better on camera and in the algorithm. This isn't included with Editorial projects.
